Operation SPARKLE is our commitment to pristine living conditions for our guests. We take pride in our communities, and we want our guests to as well. To accomplish this, we go above and beyond in the care of our living spaces, amenities, and property grounds to make sure you have a headache-free living experience.

Amenities
All amenities are fixed immediately and always open. Our on-site teams are observant and proactive in watching over the quality of our amenities.
Not only are our amenities kept clean and pristine, but they are also state-of-the-art perks to living at a B&L community. We’ve got mini golf courses, Amazon Hubs, tanning booths, rooftop pools, pilates studios, and more. Not your average student housing apartments.

Maintenance
All paint, artwork, fixtures, sidewalks, and more are clean and well-maintained, without fail. We pride ourselves in answering maintenance requests at a record speed, leaving you and your roommates free of worry.

College students don’t have time for a leaky sink or bathroom door that won’t close. While we wish we could tell you our units are perfect and never break (imagine that [emoji]), we can assure you that if they do, we are at your service, faster than you can speed dial your mom to complain.
Landscaping
Remember when we said Disneyland is our main inspiration at Book & Ladder? We weren’t lying. We’ve got mood boards with pictures of It’s a Small World and Radiator Springs Racers pasted all over the walls over at corporate.
Ok, maybe that was a lie. But we really do aim for our communities’ grounds to look as award-winning as Disneyland’s. We pay careful attention to landscaping year-round – snow, drought, rain, or shine. When your friends come and visit, they’ll want to move in ASAP.
